Withdraw from your subscription
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day your subscription contract is concluded to withdraw from it, for any reason and without giving one. Fill this in and send it.
You do not need to be signed in. If you have lost access to your account, this still works.
What this does
This records your withdrawal and sends you a written acknowledgement. It does not cancel anything and does not move any money by itself. A person reads every withdrawal, arranges the refund, and writes to you about it.
We record what you send here, together with a one-way hash of your network address, so we can show that your withdrawal reached us and when. We use it only to deal with your withdrawal and to meet our legal obligations. Privacy
Other ways to withdraw
Email hello@brandappl.com and say clearly that you are withdrawing. Any clear statement is enough. Sending it before your 14 days are up is what counts, not when it reaches us.
